The clock can be powered via the included USB cable or by batteries (if installed).

1. USB Power: Connect the USB cable to the DC5V/0.5A port on the back of the clock and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.

Sound Activation Mode

In sound activation mode, the display will turn off when the room is quiet to save energy. To activate the display, make a sound (e.g., a clap, tap on the clock, or speak loudly).

2. When the display is off, a sound will activate it for approximately 10-15 seconds before it turns off again.
