Upon receiving your watch, it may not be running or the second hand may be skipping. This indicates a low charge. Place the watch under direct sunlight or strong artificial light for at least 2 hours to initiate charging and ensure stable operation.

The watch features a screw-type crown for enhanced water resistance. To set the time or date, first unscrew and pull out the crown.

1. Stilla tímann: Pull the crown out to the 2nd click (time setting position). Turn the crown to set the time. The watch will start after the crown is firmly pushed back into its normal position.
2. Setting the Calendar (Date): Pull the crown out to the 1st click (calendar setting position). Set the desired date by turning the crown counter-clockwise.

Eco-Drive Functionality

The Eco-Drive system continuously converts light into electrical energy, which is stored in a power cell. This allows the watch to run for extended periods even in darkness, provided it has been sufficiently charged. Regular exposure to light is recommended to maintain optimal charge levels.

• Do not use the watch in temperatures outside the specified range, as this may result in deterioration of functions or even stoppage.
• Avoid exposing the watch to high temperatures, such as in a sauna, as this may cause skin burns or deterioration of plastic parts.
• Keep the watch away from magnets, as timekeeping may become inaccurate.
• Avoid strong static electricity, which can also affect timekeeping accuracy.
• Do not subject the watch to strong shocks or dropping it.
• Avoid contact with chemicals or corrosive gases (solvents, thinner, benzene, etc.) as they may cause discoloration, melting, cracking, or other damage.

Second Hand Skipping or Watch Not Running

If the second hand moves two or more seconds at a time, or the watch stops completely, it indicates a low power reserve. This is a common issue with Eco-Drive watches if they haven't received enough light exposure.

Lausn: Place the watch under strong light (direct sunlight is best) for several hours to fully charge the power cell. For a complete charge from a stopped state, it may require 8-10 hours of direct sunlight. After sufficient charging, the second hand should resume normal one-second intervals.
