3. Notkunarleiðbeiningar
Lyklalaust aðgengi:
To unlock the door, simply enter your personalized user code on the keypad. The backlit keypad ensures visibility in low-light conditions. To lock the door, press the dedicated lock button at the top of the keypad.

Kóðastjórnun:
The SmartCode 260 allows for flexible code management. You can create up to 50 unique user codes for family members and trusted guests. Additionally, 10 one-time user codes can be generated for temporary access, and a programming code allows you to easily add, edit, or delete user codes as needed.

Sjálfvirk læsing:
For added security and peace of mind, the auto-lock feature can be enabled. This function automatically locks the deadbolt after a set period of time. You can customize the auto-lock interval to 30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, or 10 minutes, ensuring your door is always secured.

Orlofsstilling:
When you are away from home for an extended period, activate Vacation Mode. This feature temporarily disables the keypad, preventing any code entries and ensuring no one can operate your door lock while you are out of town.

The Kwikset SmartCode 260 operates on 4x AA alkaline batteries (not included). The lock is designed for a 12-month battery life, minimizing the frequency of replacements. When batteries are low, the lock will provide an indicator. Replace all four batteries simultaneously for optimal performance.
