4. Uppsetningarhandbók

Follow these steps for a seamless and non-destructive installation of your Fitcamx dash cam. No wiring or tapping into fuse blocks is required.

1. Pry off the big cover: Carefully use the provided pry tool to remove the large overhead console cover.
2. Remove the triangular cover: Locate and remove the smaller triangular cover near the rearview spegil.
3. Remove the small back cover: Detach the small back cover from the console assembly.
4. Connect the green plug to the Y-cable: Identify the existing green connector in your vehicle's overhead console and connect it to the provided Y-cable.
5. Mount the camera on the big cover: Securely attach the dash cam unit to the inside of the large overhead console cover.
6. Mount the big cover on the windshield: Reinstall the large cover assembly, ensuring the dash cam is properly positioned and secured.

The Fitcamx dash cam is designed to automatically begin recording when your vehicle is started. You do not need to manually activate it each time you drive.

WiFi Connection & App Usage:

To access live footage, manage recordings, or download files, connect your smartphone to the dash cam via WiFi using the Fitcamx APP.

1. Download the Fitcamx APP from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
2. Turn on your vehicle to power the dash cam.
3. On your smartphone, go to WiFi settings and connect to the Fitcamx dash cam's WiFi network. The default password is typically 12345678 (refer to the app or manual for specific details).
