Uppsetning

Basic Vacuum Sealing (Dry Food):

  1. Place the open end of the vacuum bag into the vacuum chamber of the machine. Ensure the bag is flat and smooth.
  2. Close the lid of the vacuum sealer. Press down firmly on both ends of the lid until you hear two "pops," indicating it is securely locked.
  3. Select the "Dry" mode for dry food items.
  4. Press the "VAC & Seal" button. The machine will automatically vacuum the air from the bag and then seal it. Indicator lights will guide you through the process.
  5. Once the process is complete, the indicator lights will turn off. Press the release buttons on the sides to open the lid and remove your sealed bag.

Sealing Wet Food (Marinade Friendly):

  1. Follow steps 1 and 2 from "Basic Vacuum Sealing."
  2. Select the "Wet" mode. This mode is optimized for foods with moisture content, such as raw meat or marinated items.
  3. Press the "VAC & Seal" button. The machine will adjust its vacuum and sealing process for wet conditions.
  4. After completion, release the lid and remove the sealed bag.

Using External VAC Mode (for containers/jars):

  1. Connect one end of the air suction hose to the external vacuum port on the machine.
  2. Connect the other end of the hose to the vacuum port on your compatible vacuum-sealable container or jar.
  3. Select the "External VAC" mode.
  4. Press the "VAC" button. The machine will begin to remove air from the container.
  5. Once vacuuming is complete, disconnect the hose.

Temperature Settings (for Sealing Only):

The vacuum sealer offers 5 temperature settings to achieve the best seal for various bag types:

  • Hitastig 1: For very thin vacuum bags.
  • Temperature 2 or 3: For dry food bags of standard thickness.
  • Hitastig 4: For wet food bags.
  • Hitastig 5: For thick vacuum bags.
