4. Uppsetning

5. Notkunarleiðbeiningar

5.1 Thermal Lamination (Hot)

  1. Kveikt á: Flip the ON/OFF switch to 'ON'. The red POWER indicator will light up.
  2. Veldu ham: Set the HOT/COLD switch to 'HOT'.
  3. Stilla hitastig: Rotate the TEMP °C dial to the appropriate temperature for your laminating pouch thickness. Refer to the table below for recommended settings.
  4. Forhitun: Allow 2 to 3 minutes for the machine to preheat. The green READY indicator will light up when the selected temperature is reached.
  5. Undirbúa skjal: Place your document inside a laminating pouch, ensuring it is centered and there is an even border around the document.
  6. Lagskipt: Insert the sealed edge of the laminating pouch squarely into the entry slot. The machine will automatically feed the pouch through. Do not pull or push the pouch.
  7. Kæla niður: Once the pouch exits the machine, place it on a flat surface to cool and harden.
  8. Slökkva á: After use, turn the ON/OFF switch to 'OFF' and unplug the machine.

5.2 Ráðlagðar hitastillingar

The optimal temperature depends on the thickness of your laminating pouch. Using a carrier is recommended for thinner pouches or delicate documents to prevent adhesive bleed and ensure smooth feeding.

5.3 Cold Lamination

For heat-sensitive documents or self-adhesive pouches, use the cold lamination setting.
