The U-PROX Keyfob is a compact, wireless Keyfob designed for controlling the U-PROX MPX security system. It provides convenient remote management with two buttons dedicated to arming and disarming the system, one programmable button (disabled by default), and an integrated LED indicator for user feedback. Additionally, it can serve as a panic button. The Keyfob communicates via a secure, two-way ISM wireless interface (868.0–868.6 MHz) over a distance of up to 100 meters in open space and is powered by a single CR2032 battery with a service life of up to 5 years.
RISK OF EXPLOSION IF THE BATTERY IS REPLACED WITH AN INCORRECT TYPE. Dispose of used batteries according to national regulations. Keep away from children!!!

Registration and Configuration
Proximity Registration:
- Hold the U-PROX Keyfob within 2 meters of the U-PROX MPX security center.
- Registration is performed at minimal power to avoid interference from neighboring systems.
Using the U-PROX Installer App:
- Launch the U-PROX Installer mobile application.
- Select the appropriate U-PROX MPX device from the list.
- Click “Add” -> “Keyfob registration”
- Press and hold any button on the Keyfob for approximately 10 seconds until the LED indicator flashes green.

- Command Execution: To arm the system, press the designated “Arm” button. To disarm the system or silence an active alarm, press the “Disarm” button.
- Stay Mode (if supported): Press and hold the appropriate button combination as specified during configuration (There are two options for activating the ‘Stay Mode’: either configure the third programmable button to activate ‘Stay Mode’ and press it, or press the “Arm” and ‘Disarm’ buttons simultaneously).
- False Activation Protection: The key fob ignores brief, accidental button presses. To execute a command, press and hold the button for a short period.
LED vísbending
- Green Indicator: The LED lights green when a command sent to the security center is accepted, processed, and confirmed.
- Red Indicator: The LED lights red if the command is not accepted or is denied.
- Triple Red Flashes: If the LED flashes red three times, it indicates that the arming command was not executed due to zone violations or the group not being ready (If the system is not ready to be armed, the indicator will be green, followed by red.).

- Use a thin-bladed tool (such as a box cutter) to insert into the gap between the upper and lower cases on the side opposite the strap.
- Carefully work around the edge to release the latches holding the two parts together.
- Remove the lower case and replace the CR2032 battery, ensuring the correct polarity.
- Reassemble the key fob by aligning the upper and lower cases, securing the strap onto its pin.
