The Accu-Chek SmartGuide app and the Accu-Chek SmartGuide Predict app are compatible with most mobile devices that support the following system requirements. Check these system requirements before you install and operate the app on your mobile device.
- Your mobile device must support Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 or higher.
- Your mobile device must run one of the following operating system (OS) versions (beta OS versions are not supported):
- For iPhones, the iOS version must be iOS 15.3 or higher.
- For Android devices, the OS version must be Android 11 or higher.
Samhæfni snjallúra
If you use an iPhone, you can use the Accu-Chek SmartGuide app in combination with an Apple Watch.
For Apple Watches the watchOS version must be watchOS 9 or higher.
Other smartwatches are not compatible with the app.
