3. Uppsetning
3.1 Upptaka og skoðun
Carefully unpack the UPS and inspect it for any damage that may have occurred during transit. If any damage is found, do not operate the unit and contact your vendor.
3.2 Staðsetning

- Inntaksrafmagnstenging: Connect the UPS to a standard wall outlet using the provided power cord. The UPS features Automatic Bivolt input (110V - 220V), automatically adapting to the input voltage.
- Output Voltage Val: Before connecting any devices, locate the Bivolt Keyed switch on the rear panel (refer to Figure 2). Set this switch to either 110V or 220V according to the voltage requirements of the devices you intend to connect to the UPS output. Incorrect selection can damage your equipment.
- Tengibúnaður: Plug your electronic devices (e.g., computer, monitor, router) into the output sockets on the rear panel of the UPS. Ensure the total load does not exceed the UPS's capacity (1500VA / 900W).
- Upphafsgjald: For optimal battery performance, allow the UPS to charge for at least 8 hours before initial use, even if the battery indicator shows full. This ensures the internal batteries reach their full capacity.

- To maximize battery lifespan, ensure the UPS is always connected to a power source to keep the batteries charged.
- Avoid frequent deep discharges. If the UPS operates on battery power, save your work and shut down your equipment properly as soon as possible.
- The UPS uses two 12V/9AH sealed lead-acid batteries. Battery replacement should be performed by qualified personnel.
