Uppsetning
Upphafleg tímastilling
Upon first use or after a battery change, you may need to set the time and date. Your watch features three buttons: Ljós (efst til vinstri), Mode (bottom left), and Alarm/24HR (hægri).

To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time formats, press the Alarm/24HR button while in normal timekeeping mode. The display will show 'PM' for 12-hour format afternoon times or '24H' for 24-hour format.
