3. Uppsetning
Follow these steps to set up your sous-vide cooker for the first time.

- Tengdu eldavélina: Securely attach the Steba SV 100 to the side of your chosen pot using the adjustable clamp. Ensure the device is stable and upright.

Sous-Vide Cooking Process:
- Prepare your food and vacuum-seal it in a food-grade, heat-safe pouch.
- Once the water reaches the target temperature, carefully place the sealed food pouch into the water bath. Ensure the pouch is fully submerged.
- The timer will count down the set cooking duration.
- After the cooking time is complete, the unit may beep or stop heating. Carefully remove the food pouch from the water bath.
- For best results, finish meats by searing in a hot pan or on a grill to develop a crust.
