Follow these steps to set up your SodaStream Source:

1. Remove the back cover of the SodaStream Source by gently pulling it away from the main unit.
2. Insert the CO2 carbonator into the back compartment. Screw it in firmly until it is hand-tight.

1. Fill the 1-liter carbonating bottle with cold tap water up to the fill line.
2. Insert the carbonating bottle into the machine using the snap-lock technology. Push the bottle up and back until it locks into place.
3. Press the carbonating button on top of the machine in short, firm bursts (approximately 1 second each). The LED indicator display will show the level of carbonation. For light fizz, press 1-2 times. For medium fizz, press 3-4 times. For strong fizz, press 5+ times.
4. Once desired carbonation is reached, gently pull the bottle forward to release it from the machine.
5. Add your favorite flavorings (optional) and enjoy your fresh sparkling water.
