The SX620 pH Pen Tester uses two CR2032 lithium batteries. These are typically pre-installed or included in the kit. To install or replace batteries, locate the battery compartment, usually at the top of the meter, and follow the markings for correct polarity.

Initial Probe Preparation

Before first use, or after prolonged storage, remove the protective cap from the probe. Rinse the probe with distilled water. For accurate readings, regular calibration is essential. The SX620 features 3-point automatic calibration.

1. Prepare the calibration solutions (pH 7.00, pH 4.00, pH 10.01).
