4. Uppsetning

To power on the meter, rotate the function switch from the "OFF" position to any desired measurement range (e.g., 40A/200A or 4000mA). To power off, rotate the function switch back to the "OFF" position.

The SK-7830 is designed for measuring DC current. Ensure the circuit is de-energized if possible before clamping.
- Rotate the function switch to the appropriate current range (e.g., "40A/200A" for higher currents or "4000mA" for lower currents). If unsure, start with the higher range and decrease if necessary.
- For DC current measurements, press the "O ADJ" or Zero button (if available) to zero the display before clamping around the conductor. This compensates for any residual magnetism in the clamp kjálka.
