- Cartridge Lifespan: Replace the BWT Soft Filtered Water Extra cartridge every 4 weeks or after filtering approximately 120 liters of water, whichever comes first.

- Visible Particles: A few black carbon particles may appear in the first few fills after installation. This is normal and harmless. Discard these fills as per setup instructions. If particles persist, re-rinse the cartridge.
