4. Notkunarleiðbeiningar
Your tectake® Office Chair offers several adjustment options to customize your seating experience.
4.1. Hæðarstilling

- Til að hækka: While standing, pull the lever located under the seat upwards. The chair will rise automatically. Release the lever at the desired height.

The chair features an adjustable rocking mechanism:

- To adjust rocking tension: Rotate the round knob located under the front of the seat. Turn clockwise to increase tension (making it harder to rock) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to rock).

- Simply lift the armrests upwards until they click into their folded position.
- To return them to the down position, pull them downwards.
