Uppsetning

1. Fastbúnaðaruppfærsla

Before using the dive case, ensure your Insta360 X3 camera's firmware is updated to the latest version (v1.0.80 or higher). This ensures compatibility and optimal performance with the dive case. Visit the official Insta360 website for firmware downloads and update instructions.

2. Enable Dive Case Mode

On your Insta360 X3 camera, enable 'Dive Case Mode' through the camera's settings. This mode optimizes the camera's stitching and image processing for underwater use with the dive case.

Operating the Dive Case

The dive case features external buttons that correspond to the camera's controls, allowing full functionality underwater.

Q Button: Press once to start/stop recording. Double press to switch between Single Lens Mode and 360 Mode. Long press to exit Dive Case Mode.

Selfie Stick Attachment

Attach an invisible selfie stick to the 1/4"-20 screw mount at the bottom of the dive case. Ensure the selfie stick and dive case are aligned straight for optimal 360-degree stitching results.

Stabilizer Rings

The included stabilizer rings can be applied to the bottom thumbscrew to further secure the dive case and prevent any unwanted movement during use, especially in turbulent water.

Lens Alignment for Stitching
