Turn on the unit, then press the remote 'Display' button six times within 7 seconds (or hold the reset button for 5 seconds) until the Wi-Fi icon flashes. Open the COZEWARE app, tap 'Add Device', and select Auto, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi mode to complete the setup.
COZEWARE smart air conditioners require a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. If your router uses 5GHz, you must switch it to or broadcast a 2.4GHz signal for pairing. Also, ensure Bluetooth, Location, and Wi-Fi are enabled on your smartphone during setup.
You can download the COZEWARE app from the Apple App Store for iOS devices or the Google Play Store for Android. The app requires iOS 13 or Android 6.0 and newer to function properly.
Tap the upper right corner of the main control interface in the COZEWARE app, select 'Share Device', and input the registered email account of the person you want to share access with. They will be able to control the device from their phone.
