If the device overheats, the heater will stop and a light may flash. This often indicates a dirty or clogged filter. Clean the Filter Basket immediately. If the issue persists after cleaning, contact customer support.
The Filter Basket should be emptied and cleaned after every 5 uses. You can scrub it with a soft brush and mild dish soap or place it in the top rack of a dishwasher.
RevAir works best on clean, towel-dried hair. Do not saturate hair with oils, water, or sticky fixatives to the point of dripping, as excess substance entering the device can cause damage and void the warranty.
