For most smart intercom gateways, place the device next to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi router, long-press the pairing button until the indicator light flashes rapidly, and use a companion app like TuyaSmart to auto-scan or add the device manually.
A steady red indicator light usually means the device has disconnected from the Wi-Fi router or that the pairing process has timed out. Reset the network and try pairing again.
While the gateway is in the rapid-flashing EZ mode, press and hold the Reset button for over 5 seconds. The indicator light will begin flashing slowly, indicating it has entered AP mode for manual network configuration.
