Stock solution for validating and optimizing cell immobilization performance of the heliX cyto. These fixed cells may also be used with suitable labeled analytes for kinetic binding experiments in single-cell Interaction Cytometry (scIC).

Resuspend gently by pipette right before use and dilute 1:1 with DPBS or running buffer. Apply a washing step before use if cell debris needs to be removed.
