The Eagle Eye DH03 is a compact, network- connected module that bridges external input/output devices, such as motion sensors, panic buttons, strobe lights, sirens, gates, and door relays, directly into the Eagle Eye Cloud VMS platform. Follow the instructions in this guide to correctly install the module and add it to the Eagle Eye Cloud VMS.
1 Check the Package Contents
Open the package and check the product for obvious damage. Confirm that all items in the packing list are included in the box.

3 Connect the DH03 I/O Module to a Power Supply
Attach an Ethernet cable to connect the module to a network switch. If the switch does not provide power over Ethernet (PoE), attach 12V power to the 12V power connector.

4 Add the Module to the Cloud VMS
We recommend using the Eagle Eye Viewer mobile application to add the module to your Cloud VMS account.
Athugið: The DH03 I/O Module is configured as a Speaker in the Cloud VMS.
To add the module through the Eagle Eye Viewer app:
- Farðu í Mælaborð and click the plus icon in the top right.
- To add the module to a bridge or CMVR:
– Veldu Add Speaker.
– Choose the module you just connected from the list of Available Speakers. Select the bridge or CMVR where you want to add the module.
– Name the module and choose Vista.
Alternately, you can add the module using the Eagle Eye Cloud VMS web interface. To add the module through the web viðmót:
- Go to the Eagle Eye Cloud VMS web interface and log in with your credentials.
- Farðu í Mælaborð and click the plus icon in the top right.
- Smelltu Add Speaker.
– Go the list of Available Speakers.
– Click the three dots icon next to the module you just connected from the list and choose Add Speaker.
– If there are multiple bridges or CMVRs on the account, select the bridge or CMVR where you want to add the module.
– Name the module and choose Vista.
Athugið: The module is initially shown as offline on the dashboard. After two minutes, it should appear online (denoted by a green check mark).
5 Check the Module Operation
- Farðu til Skipulag in the Eagle Eye Viewer and locate the module you just added.
- Notaðu Preview tile to check the module’s functionality.
